The alarm is a vibration, so there's no ringtone. Up close you may hear a faint hum from the motor, but it's far quieter than any alarm clock.

Do I need my phone nearby?

You set your alarms and read your sleep data in the companion app. Once the alarms are on the band, it wakes you on its own, so your phone can charge in another room.

What does it track?

    Tried everything else first

    I've stayed in hostels on and off for about three years and tried everything. Phone on vibrate under the pillow (slept through it).
