It started with a question we kept asking ourselves. Why is the surface we touch for around two and a half thousand hours a year the least considered fabric we own? Most pillowcases are sold by thread count and softness, both of which tell you almost nothing about what you are actually rubbing your face into for one third of your life.
So we made the answer to that question. One weight of silk, one grade, sourced from OEKO-TEX certified mills, made beautifully, and priced like it is meant to be slept on rather than collected. If your first Aveloor purchase is not the best pillowcase you have owned, you send it back and we refund you within thirty nights. The whole brand sits behind that one sentence.

- 03 Print the spec on the label.Momme weight, silk grade, fibre, certification. Plain English on the label, on the website, and in the email that confirms your order.
- 04 Back every order with a thirty night trial.Sleep on it for a month. If it is not the best pillowcase you have owned, send it back and we will refund you in full.

Silk is graded on fibre length, uniformity, and lustre. 6A is the tallest bar. Longer, finer, more consistent than anything below it.
