We ship Aveloor worldwide
Aveloor is a Sydney-designed brand fulfilled through our global supply network so we can keep prices fair and still deliver to 150+ countries. Every order ships tracked, end-to-end, so you can follow it from dispatch to doorstep. Orders are processed Monday to Friday (Sydney time) and usually leave our fulfillment partner within 2-3 business days of checkout.
Free shipping threshold
Free worldwide shipping on orders over $140 AUD. Below that, a flat rate applies and the exact figure is shown at checkout before you pay.
Delivery times
Times below are from dispatch to delivery for tracked standard shipping. They are realistic windows that account for international transit, customs clearance, and final-mile carrier handoff:
- Asia-Pacific: 5-10 business days
- Covers Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore, and South Korea.
- Americas & Europe: 6-15 business days
- Covers US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, Switzerland, and Poland.
- Other regions: please email hello@aveloor.com before ordering. We will confirm availability and timing for your country.
Peak periods (Chinese New Year, Black Friday, Boxing Day, Mother's Day, Christmas) can add 5-10 business days. We'll always show a live ETA at checkout and email you if your parcel hits an unusual delay.
Tracking
As soon as your order leaves the warehouse you'll get an email with a tracking link. If you don't see it in your inbox, please check your spam folder before emailing us. Gmail and Outlook occasionally filter shipping updates. International parcels may show "in transit" with limited updates for 5-10 days while they move between carriers; this is normal and your order hasn't been lost.
Customs & duties
Orders shipped outside Australia may occasionally attract local customs duty or import tax depending on the destination country's rules. These charges are set by the destination government and are the customer's responsibility. Most small parcels under the de-minimis threshold clear without any fees. If you'd like us to estimate the likelihood before you order, email hello@aveloor.com.
Missing or delayed parcels
If your tracking hasn't updated in 10+ business days, or your parcel shows "delivered" but you haven't received it, email hello@aveloor.com with your order number and we'll sort it immediately. Including a free replacement for anything genuinely lost in transit.
Incorrect address
Please double-check your shipping address before checkout. If you spot a mistake after ordering, email us within 2 hours of placing the order and we'll do our best to correct it before dispatch. Once a parcel has left the warehouse with an incorrect address, we can't guarantee redirection and any re-shipping fees fall to the customer.
