We ship every order from our manufacturing partner via tracked air mail. Orders dispatch within 1 to 2 business days of being placed.

Shipping cost and delivery

Asia-Pacific: $5.95 AUD, 5 to 10 business days. Free shipping on orders over $140 AUD.
Covers Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore, South Korea.

Americas and Europe: $7.95 AUD, 6 to 15 business days. Free shipping on orders over $140 AUD.
Covers United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, Switzerland, Poland.

Tracking

Every order is tracked. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. The first tracking scan can take 2 to 3 business days to appear after dispatch. International shipments often show no movement for several days between scans. This is normal.

Customs and duties

For most orders, no duties or taxes apply on arrival. For larger orders to some countries, customs may charge a small fee on delivery. These charges are set by the destination government, not by Aveloor.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking has not updated in 7 days, check with your local post office. Most "missing" parcels turn up. If a parcel is genuinely lost in transit, email hello@aveloor.com and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund.
